주택금융공사, 디딤돌대출 판매 중단… 연간 공급 한도 소진

한국주택금융공사(주금공)가 8월부터 ‘디딤돌대출’의 판매를 중단한다. 4조4000억원의 연간 공급 한도가 모두 소진된 탓이다.

27일 금융권에 따르면 주금공은 8월부터 12월 말까지 디딤돌대출의 판매를 중단하고 디딤돌대출의 신청을 주택도시기금으로 일원화하기로 결정했다. 올해 디딤돌대출의 공급 계획인 4조4000억원이 모두 소진되면서 더는 디딤돌대출을 판매하지 않기로 한 것이다.

주금공 관계자는 “올해 디딤돌대출의 공급 계획을 다 채워서 올해 말까지 한시적으로 (디딤돌대출의 판매 창구를) 주택도시기금으로 일원화하기로 했다”라고 설명했다.
